This half day course is a vital starting point for all staff delivering services to the general public: from front line staff to senior management.
Delegates on this course will develop an excellent understanding of disability and have their current perceptions challenged and will hopefully leave seeing disability from a truly different perspective.
Service delivery to disabled people should improve dramatically following this course.
