We are able to train you and your staff on the importance of the Disability Equality Duty, how it came into being and what the future holds for the organisations it covers.
In this training we are also able to put the work you need to undertake into context and explain to your staff the importance of the Disability Equality Duty to your organisation, to disabled people, and to society as a whole.
We are then able to incorporate your own Disability Equality Scheme and the drive of your action plan into the training and again put this into context for the learners on the course.
